A Web App Design In WeChat

OVERVIEW

Partner E-coupon is a benefit that should let partners use it conveniently. Meanwhile, it should be more easy to share/send to friends or manage. The current Partner E-coupon distribution is based on SMS and is not easy to use. So we consider using WeChat, a more extensive and efficient way to let our partners use and manage their coupons.

HOW MIGHT WE

Clearly understand

INSIGHTS:

Provide a way to tell partners about the status of the coupon after receiving a lot of coupons and using or sending to friends.

POTENTIAL SOLUTION:

Set and display

WeChat “Enterprise Official Account” or “cards and offers” could be used as a common entrance.

Use the coupons of previous months as usual, but could be aware of new received coupons every month.

POTENTIAL SOLUTION:

Having a switcher to sort coupons by month.

INSIGHTS:

User can send multi-coupons by one click. Avoid to do duplicate actions.

Give an option to do multi-item selection and actions.

• There is demand for month sorting, but not commonly used operation

• "Unavailable" doesn’t have the same frequency and importance as "Available"

• It's confusing to have too many options on the one page

• It’s customary to use coupon/ticket in WeChat “Cards&Offers”
